3)  Within your economic possibilities, follow the advice of your CBR as to the best way to present the property: a clean lot, an orderly house, painting, necessary repairs, etc.

4)  Once agreed, let the real estate professional freely show the property to their clients. Remember that it is the CBR who knows the tastes and needs of their customers buyers.
